What to bring:
BYO meat to grill—we will have grills fired up and rolling for the first half of the evening. If you will be arriving later on and would like to grill food, please let us know so we can make arrangements for that.
Bring a side or a drink to pass but it doesn't need to be big--think, enough for yourself and sharing with 1 or 2 others.
Bring a chair of some kind if you'd like to avoid sitting on the ground. Beltrami Park has a smattering of seating options around the park but availability may vary.
What to expect:
We are coming into this with no agenda other than fellowship! There is no planned entertainment but freedom to join or initiate whatever feels organic..
Beltrami Park amenities include sand volleyball, basketball and bocce ball courts, a large open field, playgrounds and a wading pool. Any and all activities, organized or not are welcome.
In the event of inclement weather, we may make the judgement call to cancel the event for safety due to the large number invited. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible via email or social media!
